Sacramental Preparation Registration

Saint Katharine Drexel Parish offers faith formation programs designed to help our youth grow deep roots in their Catholic faith and prepare for the Holy Sacraments.

Sacramental Preparation If your child is planning to receive First Reconciliation, First Eucharist, or Confirmation this year, separate sacramental registration is required.

• Diocesan Policy: Please note that the Diocese of Youngstown requires two consecutive years of religious education to receive a Sacrament (Grades 1 & 2 for First Communion; Grades 7 & 8 for Confirmation).
• Baptismal Certificates: If your child was baptized outside of our local southern Portage County parishes (Kent, Ravenna, Rootstown, Mogadore), please provide a copy of their Baptismal Certificate.
• Fees: $35.00 per Sacrament.
